The company is currently searching for and selecting talented local photographers who are eager to transform the travelers’ experience into unforgettable memories with stunning photos. Selecting from many portfolios I noted your portfolio as a potential success that fits all the requirements. I would like to offer you cooperation with our company as a photographer.
Looking ahead, Voyage Memories focuses on the utmost trust between a photographer and the team, the main priority we are standing on at all times. Therefore, we provide a clear partnership agreement securing both your and our rights.

How do we work?

The responsibilities of Voyage Memories:
– to find clients and organize a photoshoot;
– to inform the photographer about the potential photo shoot;
– provide a photographer with a decent job compensation;
– to make photo books for clients and send them to their indicated address;
– to develop and improve the company image.
The responsibilities of the photographer:
– to be on ears, read, and answer for our message on time when somebody will want to book you;
– to be organized and responsible for a qualitative photoshoot;
– to be polite and respectful regarding nationalities, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. We don’t discriminate against our team members as well as clients;
– to do the job in time following our Terms & Conditions ( selecting the best photos the clients want to see; simple retouching; sending photos to us )

What is our Job Compensation Policy?

Currently, we provide 4 available packages including “Light”, “Classic”, “Premium” and “Gold”.
Packages
Please note, Voyage Memories takes the following commission:
20 % from package “Light” and “Classic”
30 % from package “Premium” and “Gold”
The price of packages varies which directly depends on the city, for example Paris or Kyiv. Note, that the percentage of the commission remains the same.

How will payment run?

As a company that cooperates with photographers from different countries, the payment will be provided with the international PayPal system. If PayPal is not the option for you or doesn’t work properly, we can consider other payment gateways.

Photo Books

The goal of the company is to show the main reason and sense of any photoshoot experience. At the beginning of our journey, we plan to make photo books for clients as a gift. Voyage Memories takes full responsibility for making photo books and sending them to clients. Any photographers are NOT responsible for photo books.

When will photographer join the team?

The procedure of joining our team is next:
1) Reviewing your application form;
To learn more about your qualification, experience, and general expectations regarding our collaboration we will organize an online interview via video chat.
3) If we coincide in our goals and requirements, we will ask you to proceed with filling in your personal profile that includes:
– your own profile photo;
– your best photos from the portfolio;
– brief description of yourself;
– your photoshoot preferences.

Afterward, your profile is ready and clients can book you.
